The beginning
She lived the problem before she solved it.
For years Aleksandra handled atopic dermatitis the way most people do, with a shelf of creams that each promised relief. Most of them wore her barrier down a little further, and the cortisone ones only bought time.
As a genetic engineer and molecular biologist she asked a different question: what does skin actually want? The answer kept pointing at the same place, the living microbiome and the lipid barrier that protects it.
“My scientific background taught me that skin problems are rooted in our biology, not on the surface. So I stopped trying to silence my skin and started working with it.”
So she went into the lab and built the care her own skin had been missing: a single serum that feeds the microbiome and rebuilds the barrier, developed with a leading laboratory in Sofia Tech Park and released once the science was settled.
