Shipping within Bulgaria

 At Phree skin, we ship all orders exclusively within Bulgaria. We work with reliable couriers, including Boxnow, Econt, and others, to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after the order is placed. This includes order verification, packaging, and preparing the shipment for courier pickup.

Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Bulgaria, depending on the courier and your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated per courier and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Exceptions


Currently, we ship to all areas within Bulgaria without exceptions.

Damaged or Defective Items


We take care to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition. In rare cases where a product is visibly defective before shipment, such as an airless bottle with a manufacturing defect, we will cover the issue. Please contact us immediately at office@phree-skin.com if you receive a damaged or defective item.
